This Power over Ethernet HAT has been designed specifically for Raspberry Pi 5 (the new PoE pin position) and is compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, enabling you to power your Raspberry Pi 5 directly through a power-injected ethernet cable.
The HAT can provide up to 5V 4.5A for the Raspberry Pi, covering most projects and use cases. There is also a separate header offering 12V 2A to power other devices as part of your project.
The HAT has a fully isolated Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS), protecting your Raspberry Pi 5 from electrical noise and surges. It also includes an onboard active cooling fan coupled with a metal heat sink to keep your board cool. The onboard fan connects to the Pi 5 fan header.
We also stock the ‘G’ variant, which is more compact (fits inside the official Pi 5 case) but does not offer the 12V output or built-in fan.
Note: Raspberry Pi 5 not included
