The Brewing Head Attachment allows you to push your CX 25P further by brewing within the ideal pressure range for espresso. Its stainless steel filter basket accommodates up to 20g of coffee, while the gauge’s coloured zones provide clear visual feedback to guide every shot. Designed for control and clarity, it takes the guesswork out of stovetop brewing and delivers espresso that rivals larger machines.

Pressure and Control

Using the CX 25P’s gauge, you get real-time feedback throughout extraction. Paired with the adjustable coffee valve, you can fine-tune flow and pressure for better flavour definition and richer crema. Brewing between 90–95 °C also helps preserve delicate aromatics while developing the bold notes that make stovetop espresso so enjoyable.
