The ESP32-S3 4.3′ display development board from Waveshare is built around the ESP32-S3 with a dual-core 32-bit LX7 processor running at up to 240MHz. It includes 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM, making it suitable for running interface libraries like LVGL without issue.

This version features a 4.3′ 800×480 IPS LCD with 5-point capacitive touch input over I2C. The panel has a 160° viewing angle and supports 65K colours. Touch input includes interrupt support for better responsiveness.

The board also supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE), and includes an onboard antenna. Interfaces include CAN, RS485, I2C, a TF card slot, and a full-speed USB port. Power control features allow for tuning the board’s power usage depending on the application.

Designed to work well in HMI and general-purpose embedded projects, it fits into a variety of IoT, smart home, or portable device use cases.
