Refund policy
We (The Omnex Trade LLC Company, ) have a 2 period 14 days- return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period (two periods of 14 days each)
A first period of 14 days to inform us of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, with this period starting the day after delivery and not at the time of purchase.
From the moment the consumer has informed The Omnex Trade Company of their desire to withdraw from the agreement, they have a new period of 14 days to effectively return the goods to The Omnex Trade Company. It is sufficient that they send the goods within this period; it is not required that the goods be received within this period. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
The Omnex Trade Company will do the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days after the customer has notified that they wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal; or immediately after you have received the return shipment. We will refund the original shipping costs if the consumer returns their entire order.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The Omnex Trade Company will do the refund.
